Welcome to the Wind Band Tartu website!
We are a dedicated concert and march wind band. We perform symphonic, concert, dance and march music. Our chief conductor is Margus Kasemaa. The assistant conductor of the orchestra is
Emily Nora Elizabeth Urla. The teacher of line drummers is Helen Kasemaa.
We have performed in many countries: Finland, Latvia, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Russia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Ireland and Estonia. For many years, we organized the Tartu promenade music series "Emajõe summer". For many years, we have played at ceremonies and song festivals in Tartu. The orchestra is accompanied by various smaller ensembles and the Tartu Rivitrummide Ansambel. We have won various prizes at international competitions and many festivals.
